The two days of tastings of the new vintages of 11 denominations of 226 wineries ends with great success of participation, among operators and enthusiasts. 2200 participants from 15 countries around the world: a success in terms of numbers and interest from the press and the public.
But not just tastings.
Grandi Langhe 2022 was in fact an opportunity to take stock of the status of the supply chain, the critical issues, changes and possible solutions for the future of wine: how to tackle climate change? How to start a virtuous and respectful path for the workforce working in the vineyard? How to make wine logistics less impactful?
These topics were discussed at the “CHANGES. Environment & Ethics in the Langhe of the future “, moderated by the journalist Federico Quaranta: an analysis of trends and concrete situations that it is essential to know and exploit so that we can speak of an ethical and virtuous production chain, outlining the main changes for wine Italian: environment, work ethic, logistics, finance, territorial protection.
